Australia Domestic

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment from our Sydney or warehouse. Delivery time varies for most states however you should receive your order within 2-8 days working days by Australia Post.

By default orders are shipped by Australia Post Standard Parcel Post at a minumum rate of 8.95 per order (Standard Free Shipping is offered on all orders)
IF you require Express Shipping the charge is $15.95 per order applies.

If there are specific instructions for delivery please let us know so we can avoid any delays.
We do ask that you kindly provide a phone number with all orders so you may be contacted in the event that you are not at the location to receive the delivery.

International Shipping

Yes we now ship internationally, international shipping fee is $29

Return Shipping Cost

TACDOG covers return shipping cost for faulty or defective goods or if they were not as advertised.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if you want to exchange your product for a different color, size or if you simply change your mind.
